How is the product delivered?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. The files are packaged as a ZIP archive containing all templates and documentation.
Can I use the templates for multiple offices?
The standard license covers one firm location. For multiple offices, please contact us for custom licensing.
Do I need TaxDome to use this?
No. Audit-Shield is a standalone template and SOP system. The TaxDome Add-On is an optional purchase that provides workflow blueprints for configuring TaxDome pipelines and tasks.
What's your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the product, we offer refunds within 14 days if you haven't extensively used the templates. Contact us if you have issues.
Is this legal advice?
